Our Process

Our creative team, comprised of architects, and in house interior design, brings a spirit of collaboration and creativity to your project. Our team employs the latest technology including scanning your home with Lidar technology and presenting your project with 3d visualization software. During design, we provide you with a detailed cost estimate and budget guidance. Our approach is complete transparency to meet your expectations. From your simple bathroom remodel to creating the full home renovation of your dreams, we strive for a seamless and rewarding experience.

Feasibility Study

Feasibility studies are undertaken in the earliest stages of your project to address and clear up any doubts or difficulties related to the proposed plans. A well-designed and well-planned project feasibility study should determine whether the project is viable.

Design & Build

This phase authorizes us to create a complete set of building documents which incorporate all your design goals.

A Design/Build agreement will be submitted to you for signature prior to starting this phase.

Design Concept and Development

Preliminary material selections are made and are presented in a visual/virtual presentation to include layout, finishes, samples, and images of proposed materials. Presentations are in-person and via online meetings to discuss any revisions.

Construction Documentation

At this phase, all design selections are finalized and included in the permit set of plans. Hard bids will be solicited based on these decisions and incorporated into your updated budget.
Plans are submitted to the building department include structural plans, calculations, and all details related to your design.
